Marissa Muñoz is a seasoned non-profit and public sector professional. Her expertise in government relations, program management, education and equity issues helps Cook Play Live navigate the NYC out-of-school-time environs. Marissa’s passion for empowering and advancing the lives of underrepresented youth drives her commitment to Cook Play Live’s objective of increasing healthier eating habits and making cooking and nutrition knowledge accessible to all.
Fen yee teh
Fen Yee Teh founded Cook Play Live after a career on Wall Street where she advised some of the most recognized companies and investors in the Power and Utility sector. A passionate and inquisitive food explorer, she adopted healthy eating habits and learned to cook after lifestyle diseases and cancer threatened her family’s well-being. Through Cook Play Live, Fen Yee is excited to address food injustice by empowering people to make tasty, healthy, affordable, and convenient eating decisions and avoid the health challenges she has overcome.
Maryanna Tosi is a registered dietitian nutritionist certified in NY state and nationally. She obtained her BS from Rutgers University School of Environmental and Biological Studies and went on to complete her dietetic internship at UMDNJ-SHRP (now Rutgers). Currently, she works with the transplant and surgical ICU patients at NYU Langone Medical Center. She got involved with Cook Play Live to pursue a desire to get involved with the community to spread nutrition knowledge and inspire healthy living.
Nancy Wu is a marketing and communications strategist and is a marketing director at a law firm where she oversees the firm’s marketing, branding and business development efforts. Prior to her current role, she was a marketing director at Knowledgent, an associate marketing director at Ernst & Young and a marketing manager at PwC. A native New Yorker and a parent, Nancy sees the importance of Cook Play Live’s mission in fostering healthy eating habits and teaching cooking and nutrition knowledge to children. She is thrilled to help bring change to New York City by helping Cook Play Live devise and implement marketing strategies to raise the profile of the nonprofit and its mission.
